Diner Designer Contest

This contest shall begin running on July 4, 2025, and run until October 1, 2025, unless extended. Wamba Technologies reserves the right to end the contest at any time without prior warning or notification to contestants. Wamba Technologies reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the contest at any time without prior notice to contestants. There is no cost for entry. Must be 13 years of age or have parental permission. For minors under the age of 13, contest entries must be entered using a parent’s Instagram account. Any Instagram account for any person under the age of 13 shall be disqualified from the contest. Any account featuring nudity or sexual material shall be disqualified from the contest. Wamba reserves the right to void a winner for any reason deemed to be contrary to its interests. In the event that a winner is voided, Wamba shall select the next “runner up” to replace the winner and to receive the $1000.Submitted videos cannot contain any of the following:

1. Nudity
2. Sexual Situations
3. Foul Language (No cursing or sexually vulgar language)
4. Other games or apps
5. Any other product promotion of any kind.
6. Any mention of Justin Bieber (we do not have permission to use his likeness or imagery).
7. Unless Justin is entering the contest.  Justin may use his own image and likeness.
8. Ok…Hailey can talk about him too.
9. Fine…and his agent. If you are his agent, you may talk about him while competing in this contest.
10. Forgot his mother.  Mrs. Bieber, you can talk about your son.
11. Justin, if you enter the contest, we will just tell you you won for the week and we will be very grateful. 

Contest Entry. 

1. Post a video to Instagram featuring you building a diner in Wafflesmash.  Be sure to feature video of you building the diner and video of you walking through your completed diner.  Add dialogue of you talking about your diner, or your thoughts, or really anything to keep us entertained as we watch your video. The video must be no shorter than 60 seconds.
2. Tag Us.  In your video description, be sure to tag our official Wafflesmash Instagram account (@wafflesmashofficial) so that it shows up on our “tagged” page so viewers can see the video.
3. Tell EVERYONE.  Be sure to get your friends to come and vote for your video by “hearting” it.  The video with the MOST votes for any particular Voting Period wins the $1000.
4. Respond To Notification Of Win.  If you win, be sure to respond to the notification we will send you.  We will try to reach you 3 times during the week following The Voting Period.  You must respond within 7 days of the initial notification with your appropriate Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle information so we can pay you.

All votes will be counted from Monday at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time until the following Monday at 4:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (the “The Voting Period”). The video which was both posted to Instagram and obtained the most votes during the same Voting Period, shall be deemed the winner. We will message the winner up to three times over a period of three days on their Instagram where the video was posted. The winner will have 7 calendar days to respond to our notification. Response MUST include Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle information so that we can send the money won.

The same diner submitted by the same individual is ineligible to win more than one time. If a contest winner develops a NEW diner which wins during a future Voting Period, they WILL be eligible to win more than one time. No winner can win more than two times in a 90 day period of time. Winners must reside in the United States and be required to fill out a 1099 IRS tax form in order to receive their winnings.

Contest entrants do hereby consent to have their name, image, and likeness used, royalty-free and free of cost, for marketing purposes by Wamba Technologies, for up to two years following the date of contest entry. Entering the contest shall imply consent and agreement to these terms and conditions, and no additional signature or acknowledgement shall be necessary.
